You are invited to apply for a booth at this year’s LINK Picnic Festival.
Fill in the Vendor Application Form and get it to us through a combination of mail and cheque or money order, or email and online payment. Online payment is available through PayPal.
Dates & Deadlines
June 30: Early bird prices end
July 3: Food vendor due date
August 6: All other applications due
After due dates, a late fee of $50 applies (if spots available)
A confirmation e-mail will follow to all selected vendors.
Vendor Selection Criteria
Full payment and required documents received with application (incomplete applications will not be processed).
- Ability to successfully comply with all venue, local, provincial and national policies and requirements (Eg. Health Department, Fire Department, City of Kitchener requirements).
- Space is assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. We manage the marketplace competition by avoiding duplication of merchandise, services and foods. (The application fee will be refunded only to applicants who do not receive booth space. Please try again next year.)
- We reserve the right to refuse any application.
